    Sift the matcha

    High-grade green powder is sifted through a fine mesh to ensure no clumps remain.

    Whisk with the Chasen

    Whisked with 80°C water using a traditional bamboo Chasen until a thick froth forms.

  3. 3

    Froth the milk

    Milk (dairy or oat) is gently steamed and texturized into a microfoam consistency.

  4. 4

    Pour & layered

    The bright green tea is slowly poured over the warm milk to create a stunning layers effect.
